How do I refer someone?

Please keep checking back often as available positions are updated regularly. Please send the name and contact information of the referral, with a copy of their most recent resume, to external-referral@collectivegroup.com.

What happens after I refer someone?

A recruiter will reach out to your referral to qualify them. If your referral is a match for an open position, your referral will be put into our interview process and you will be notified. You will be notified again (i) if the referral is extended an offer, (ii) if the referral has accepted the offer and has a start date, and (iii) if the referral has completed the required qualification period.

What happens once my referral is working at Collective?

Billable Full Time Employee Hires:

Collective will pay a $500 referral bonus for any full time employee referred and hired into a billable position. The bonus is earned after the referred employee completes their 12th week of employment with Collective.

Billable Subcontractor Hires:

Collective will pay a referral bonus of $100 per week of billing for the first 12 weeks of the contractor relationship to a maximum of $1,000 dollars. The number of weeks billed during the 12 week period will be calculated by taking the total number of hours billed in the 12 week period and dividing by 40.

Who can I refer?

Referral bonuses will be awarded for all successfully hired technical resources. These include both full time employee hires and subcontractors. You must have personal knowledge about anyone you are referring and the referred candidate must know that you are submitting them as a referral. Referred candidates will qualify for this program only if they have not been referred by another source within the past 6 months, have not interviewed with Collective within the past year, and are not previous Collective members or subcontractors.

This offer is valid for individuals only and not for any company or recruiting agency. All referrals are valid for 6 months.
